Okay, the Personal Management badge is really hard and long...but it's an Eagle Badge so that is probably why. Anyway, you have to come up with something you want to buy and a goal for how to get it. The thing I wanted to buy is a bigger TV and the goal was to save $25 a month. When I discussed it with my family and we decided to change it to $50 a month so it could be purchased in a year. The reason its long is you have track your predicted expenses, actual expenses predicted income, actual income for 13 weeks.
